Major construction works to transform Stratford town centre will start in mid-September 2017. Join us on Monday 11th September, from 10am at Mexicasa, 375 High Street, for your chance to meet the contractor's Liaison Officer and find out how your business will be affected by the programme of works.

The first phase of Newham Council's town centre improvement work is about to start. Plans include introducing two-way traffic around the Stratford Centre, improving bus services, and providing better facilities for pedestrians and cyclists. Certain sections of footways will be resurfaced, lighting upgraded and soft landscaping introduced.

Preparatory work on this major project has begun, and the roadworks will start in earnest in September. Completion is planned for mid 2019.

JB Riney have been appointed as the Contractor. Join us for a Business Breakfast session and meet JB Riney's Public Liaison Officer James Lodge, who will be the main point of contact for all your practical concerns during the two year construction period.
