Since the formation of the BID we have completed a range of initiatives within our four themes as shown below.
April 2023 - March 2024
Businesses signed up to our First Mile recycling scheme have saved over 702 tree, 99 tons of Co2, and produced 54,442 KWH of energy!
2019 - 2023
Over 1,500 bikes have been fixed and or marked during our mechanics services since the launched of our events in 2019.

A wellbeing campaign that reached over 2 million people across Stratford.

From free training courses to networking events, we create spaces for businesses to come together, connect and learn.
January - December 2019
Over the past 12 months, from January 2019 to December 2019 our members have recycled an astonishing amount of business waste.
June - July 2018
On Thursday 14th June, Stratford Original the Business Improvement District for Stratford town centre launched Screen on the Green in St Johns Church garden for the local community to enjoy a summer of sport and free activities.
November 2019
On Thursday, the 28th November Stratford transformed into Winter Wonderland.
October 2019
March 2020 marked the end of the BIDs first term. From 1st October to 31st October 2019, eligible local businesses had the chance to express their support for another five years in the renewal ballot voting.
Summer 2019
Throughout summer 2019 we successfully organised and conducted three cycling events in Stratford Town Centre, including Car Free Day on the 22nd September
May 2019
The high impact pedestrian colourful crossings was a joint initiative between Stratford Original BID and Newham Council.
April 2015
Stratford businesses said YES to Stratford original BID.
October 2015
The first Annual general Meeting was held on 1st October 2015.

Bright coloured wayfinding installation across Stratford Town Centre.

We have partnered with Newham College to offer you FREE training courses for you and your employees.

We have partnered with Newham Council to bring art and light installations to the Broadway.
