Over the past 12 months, from January 2019 to December 2019 our members have recycled an astonishing amount of business waste.
Materials recycled:
- Food recycling - 27,635 kg
- General waste - 121,520 kg
- Glass - 26,400 kg
- Mixed recycling - 94,845 kg
- Paper shredding - 1,650 kg
The amount of business waste is equivalent to:
- 974 trees saved
- 121 tonnes of CO2 saved
- 73,321 kWh of energy produced
The recycling rate for our BID members is 55%
