'Engine Off. Every Stop' Campaign

The campaign runs from 22 February-21 March and aims at improving air quality and reducing air pollution by asking drivers throughout London to turn their engines off when not moving.

'Engine Off. Every Stop' is a London-wide anti-idling campaign led by Idling Action London and supported by the Mayor of London as part of our ongoing commitment to improving air quality for residents.

We encourage local businesses to help support the campaign and help play their part to improve air quality and reduce pollution in the borough.

As part of the #enginesoff pledge, Idling Action provides free driver education sessions and a toolkit of resources to businesses.  You can support your staff with the knowledge of how best to reduce air pollution and protect their health. The minimum advice is to reduce unnecessary air pollution by stop idling. Find more information here
