Customer Service & Sales Training

Book a place at one of the free, short, customer service workshops.
10AM - 5PM Stratford Circus FREE

Following on from the success of the customer service mystery shop programme we ran with Storecheckers in the second half of 2018, there will be a series of 3 x 2 hour workshops focused around the outcomes of the mystery shops as outlined below.

There were over 40 businesses that participated, we are encouraging these businesses to send employees on one of the workshops to maximise the programme. Places are limited and will be on a first come first serve basis, please select the topic most relevant to you/your business.

Training is extremely popular. If you book a place, are unable to attend and do not give prior notice, you will not be able to attend our next training session.
