The Great Get Together this Summer will be taking place on Saturday 23rd July and will be the flagship community event on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for 2022. The event will see 25,000 local people from 12 – 9pm attend the Park for a day of fun and celebration.

This year Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park would like to commission local based charities, organisations and groups to programme activity as part of the Great Get Together 2022. They have a number of spaces available for you to programme from the main stage, performance areas and marquees.

Please find below the application form, this provides all the information about the event and a form for you to complete outlining what you would like to programme as part of the event. The closing date for applications is 5pm on Thursday 31st March and will need to be submitted to TenYearsOn@londonlegacy.co.uk . A briefing on Wednesday 16th March at 1pm will be held, where you will find out more about the event and the team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, if you wish to join this briefing please register your interest here.
