Last week, we worked closely with the Newham Recorder to run a ‘shop local’ campaign to support independent Stratford based businesses. Our Ambassador Michael Oloyede and Jon King, a senior reporter from Newham Recorder visited our local businesses. Yesterday, the campaign went live with the articles which you can find below, featuring Market Village, AG Bridal, The Escape Bar, Ye Olde Black Bull, Mexicasa, Sawmill, XIX Nineteen and Ifratelli.

Our BID manager, Gianluca Rizzo, stated: “Stratford shops and businesses have quickly adapted to the new normal by introducing covid secure measures to ensure staff members, shoppers and visitors are kept safe whilst in Stratford. They have done their bit, now we are hoping that our communities of residents and consumers can do their bit by supporting our Stratford businesses.”
