The programme is designed for SMEs, and the the criteria to apply is below:
The business must:
- Be a small or medium-sized business based in the United Kingdom;
- Employ between 5 and 249 people;
- Have been operational for at least one year;
- Not be a charity.
The business’s member of staff looking to join the programme:
- Be a senior decision maker, such as a Chief Executive, Finance Director or Operations Director;
- Have at least one direct report;
- Be able to commit to completing all sessions.
The programme is Government-funded, and the enrolment fee for each learner is only £750. The full fee would be £7,500.
