The programme is designed for SMEs, and the the criteria to apply is below:

The business must:

  • Be a small or medium-sized business based in the United Kingdom;
  • Employ between 5 and 249 people;
  • Have been operational for at least one year;
  • Not be a charity.

The business’s member of staff looking to join the programme:

  • Be a senior decision maker, such as a Chief Executive, Finance Director or Operations Director;
  • Have at least one direct report;
  • Be able to commit to completing all sessions.

The programme is Government-funded, and the enrolment fee for each learner is only £750. The full fee would be £7,500.
