BUBR Fest is a free, family-friendly celebration and is open to the public. We welcome residents and visitors to come along and enjoy the atmosphere as riders, supporters or spectators.

The programme

06:00 Set-up commences
• 09:00 Event registration
• 10:00 Bike ride participants set off from Hopkin’s Meadow
• 11:00 Final bike ride participants cross the start line at Hopkin’s Meadow
• 13:00 First riders return, and the finish celebration begins
• 17:30 Event ends and site clearance commences
• Please note that some areas of Hopkin’s Meadow will be temporarily unavailable to the public for the duration of the event set-up and operation.
• Approximately 1,500 participants are expected to take part in the bike ride.
• The ride will depart from Hopkin’s Meadow and exit the Park at the junction of Northwall Road and Waterden Road, heading north, between 10:00 and 11:00. CSAS stewards will be present on Waterden Road to briefly hold vehicles and enable riders to depart safely.

• PA noise levels will be monitored to ensure they remain at an appropriate level.
• The event and subsequent site clearance will be monitored, and all reasonable steps will be taken to minimise disruption to residents.
