Alice Billings House inclused the restoration and conversion of a vacant Grade II Listed building into affordable creative workspaces. The scheme will also include gallery spaces as well as a café serving the wider community. By refurbishing Alice Billings House, the heritage building willl be reintegrated into the local community by unlocking the space its courtyard.
