The Scheme will refurbish the existing 1960’s 23-storey tower block, to include 136 Passivhaus homes, 96% of which are affordable. The scheme also includes the Docklands Community Centre, with facilities including sports pitches, dance studios, a childrens club, a community cafe, and a new public square and gardens.
