There is a new proposal to be put forward by GLP for the redevelopment of the former Kesslers warehouse at the International Business Park here in Stratford.
The proposal is to create smaller and more flexible commercial and logistics building units, considering further a more welcoming environment with additional greening.
Their vision:
- New improved work spaces
- More diverse jobs for local people – up to 388 new, diverse job opportunities for local people
- More sustainable, greener buildings – plans to reduce carbon emissions and invest in new technologies such as electric vehicles and cargo bikes.
- Supporting the community – plans to protect local roads and enhance local connections.
