Community Neighbourhood Link Workers service (CNLW) supports residents who are socially isolated and lonely to re-engage with their community.

Many people find themselves feeling isolated and lonely at some point in their lives. Community Neighbourhood Link Workers (CNLW) support residents for up to 6 weeks on a one-to-one basis to help build confidence in seeking out and/or rediscovering hobbies and interests. They aim to help you stay active and independent by proving information and advice about:

·        Looking after your health;

·        Taking part in the community-based activities and local events;

·        Sharing your skills with others or gaining new ones; and

·        Volunteering opportunities.
