The Timber Lodge in the north of the Park and the four kiosks in the south are both available to lease via a competitive tender process.

The Park kiosks are available to be traded immediately once the tender evaluation has been completed. The Timber Lodge will be subject to a full tender procurement process following initial expression of interest with the commencement of trading is likely to be able to begin in June/July 2021.

To participate in the tender process please complete an Expression of Interest form available on the web site. Please then email a completed Expression of Interest form to procurement@londonlegacy.co.uk by 12pm on 15 March 2021.
