Newham Neighbourhood Small Grants programme

Neighbourhood Small Grants programme in which not-for-profit organisations including voluntary, community and faith organisations working in Newham, can apply for grants between £500 and £1000.
3 July 2024

The programme aims to empower and make positive changes in our community neighbourhoods, with a key focus on supporting small, emerging, and local community groups including those who have not been successful with larger grant programmes. This grant programme is now open, and applications close on Sunday 28 July 2024 at 11.00 PM.

The total value of this year’s fund is set at £108,000 and each neighbourhood will receive £13,500. The grant will support a minimum of 13 projects per neighbourhood and 108 across the borough. The grant programme will be managed centrally by the Council’s Resident Engagement and Participation Team and coordinated locally by our Community Neighbourhood teams.
