Stratford Original Business Improvement District (BID), in partnership with Mary Ward Centre — an esteemed adult education college — is pleased to announce the return of its specialised business training programme for the Stratford business community.
Hosted at the Mary Ward Centre (275-285 High Street, Stratford), this upcoming session will help to:
• Understand the importance of mental health awareness in the workplace.
• Recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.
• Identify the impact of workplace stress on mental health.
• Develop strategies to support colleagues and promote mental well-being.
• Encourage open conversations and reduce stigma around mental health.
