Stratford Original Business Improvement District (BID), in partnership with Mary Ward Centre — an esteemed adult education college — is pleased to announce the return of its specialised business training programme for the Stratford business community.
Hosted at the Mary Ward Centre (275-285 High Street, Stratford), this upcoming session will cover:
• Common sources of conflict in the workplace, i.e, customers, suppliers;
• Effective communication skills to address and resolve conflicts;
• Negotiation techniques to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes;
• Management of emotions and maintaining professionalism during conflicts;
• Fostering a positive and collaborative workplace and customer culture.
